The ZKTeco inBio-260 is a two-door IP-based biometric access control panel. It is part of the ZKTeco inBio series, designed for advanced security and access management. There are also newer "Pro" and "Pro Plus" versions of this panel with updated features.
Key features
- Capacity: Supports up to 3,000 fingerprint templates, 30,000 card users, and 100,000 event transactions. Newer Pro Plus models may offer increased capacity.
- Biometric integration: Capable of matching fingerprints directly on the panel when used with ZKTeco's FR Series of RS485 readers.
- Reader support: Features Wiegand inputs for traditional RFID readers, along with RS485 for biometric readers.
- Communication: Installs easily on a network using both TCP/IP and RS-485 communication.
- Advanced access control: The controller's firmware includes features like anti-passback, first-card opening, and multi-card opening.
- Auxiliary relays: Offers additional control and interface for auxiliary relays, which can be configured for lights, alarms, or intrusion detection.
- Data integrity: Preserves data even in the event of a power loss. The panel can also continue to operate if the network connection is interrupted.
Software integration
The inBio series can be integrated with security management platforms like ZKTeco's ZKBioSecurity software. An SDK is also available for developers to integrate the panel with their own applications.
